Question 1

What is MeetNour?

Accepted Answer

MeetNour is your AI production team in one tool. You describe what you want to make, such as a product launch, a week of content or an ad, and Nour, the built-in AI producer, picks the right AI model for each job, generates the images, videos, voiceovers and captions, and keeps your images and videos on-brand. It has five studios (AI Studio, Casting Room, VFX Studio, Director Room and Caption Studio) in one workspace with your brand kit and AI talent, and it works inside Claude.

Question 2

Can I use MeetNour inside Claude?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MeetNour connects to Claude and other MCP-compatible assistants. Link your account once, then ask in chat: generate an image or a video, use your AI talent, caption a clip, or run a full campaign from a brief. It uses the same talent and credits as the app, and campaigns are planned with your brand. A campaign's concepts and plan cost a few credits when they are written; the production is priced up front and waits for your yes before anything is shot.

Question 3

How do I connect MeetNour to Claude?

Accepted Answer

Three steps:

1. In Claude's connector settings, add a custom connector with the URL https://meetnour.com/api/mcp
2. Claude opens a secure "Connect MeetNour" screen — sign in and pick the workspace whose brand and talent Claude should use
3. Ask in chat — for an image, a video, a caption or a whole campaign

For scripts and your own apps, create an API key in Settings → Account → API Keys instead. The full guide is on the Developers page (meetnour.com/developers).

Question 4

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

Go to meetnour.com/signup and sign up with email or Google. It's free to start. You'll agree to our Terms, Privacy Policy and the Media & AI Processing Agreement once, and confirm you're 18 or older. If signup is not open yet, we're still launching: join the waitlist on the home page and we'll email you on launch day.

Question 5

What is a Workspace?

Accepted Answer

Workspaces are the core organizational unit in MeetNour. Each workspace represents a brand or client. When you create a workspace, you set up its brand kit (name, logo, colors, look, products and voice); AI Studio applies it when On-brand is on and Director Room plans from it. Your AI Studio, Casting Room, Director Room, and other modules are all scoped to the active workspace.

Question 6

How do I create my first workspace?

Accepted Answer

From the Dashboard, click "New Workspace." Give it a name and optionally set up branding (you can do this later). Once created, click the workspace card to enter it. You'll see the sidebar with all available modules.

Question 7

How do I switch between workspaces?

Accepted Answer

You have two ways: click the workspace name in the sidebar to see all your workspaces and switch directly, or go to the Dashboard to see all workspace cards. Your last active workspace is always remembered.

Question 8

Where do my uploads go?

Accepted Answer

Photos and videos you upload in AI Studio, VFX Studio, Caption Studio or the Library itself are saved to the Library of the workspace you are in (talent photos stay with the talent in the Casting Room, brand assets in Branding). Open Library in the sidebar to see them all, search, preview, rename or download them. They are also listed under Uploads whenever a studio asks you to pick a photo or a video. Photos can be up to 20 MB and videos up to 200 MB.

Question 9

How do I delete an upload?

Accepted Answer

In the Library, hover over the upload and click the bin icon, or select several and click Delete. Deleted uploads go to Settings → Recycle Bin, where you can restore them for 7 days. After that they are removed for good.

Question 10

What are the system requirements?

Accepted Answer

MeetNour works in any modern browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). We recommend Chrome for the best experience. A stable internet connection is required for AI generation. No software installation needed.

Question 11

What can I generate in AI Studio?

Accepted Answer

AI Studio makes four content types from a curated shelf of leading AI models:

• Images: the Nano Banana, GPT Image and FLUX families, and more
• Videos: the Seedance, Kling and Wan families, and more
• Voice: natural AI voices in 12 languages
• Music: instrumental tracks or songs with your own lyrics

We keep the shelf short and current: when a better model arrives, it replaces the one it beats. Nour picks the right model for each job, or you choose it yourself.

Question 12

How do I generate an image?

Accepted Answer

Navigate to AI Studio from the sidebar. Type your prompt in the text area, select a model (or use "Let Nour Decide"), choose an aspect ratio, and click Generate. The estimated credit cost is shown on the Generate button before you confirm.

Question 13

What is "Let Nour Decide"?

Accepted Answer

"Let Nour Decide" is our auto-select feature that automatically routes your prompt to the most suitable AI model based on what you're creating. It analyzes your prompt, content type, and settings to optimize for quality, speed, and cost. You can always override it by manually selecting a model.

Question 14

How do I use a reference image?

Accepted Answer

Click the reference image icon next to the prompt area. The ImageSourcePicker gives you 3 tabs:

• Product: Your brand's product images
• Library: Previously generated or uploaded images
• Upload: Upload a new reference image

Reference images help the AI understand what you want — great for style matching or product-focused content.

Question 15

Can I enhance my prompts?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Click the "Enhance" button (magic wand icon) next to your prompt. AI expands your simple prompt into a detailed, optimized prompt that produces better results. Enhancement costs a few credits, shown on the button. Your original prompt is preserved — you can undo the enhancement to revert.

Question 16

What is a negative prompt?

Accepted Answer

A negative prompt tells the AI what to avoid in the generation (e.g., "blurry, low quality, text, watermark"). Click the collapsible "Negative Prompt" section below the main prompt. Not all models support negative prompts — it will be hidden for models that don't.

Question 17

Can I generate multiple images at once?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on the plans that include batch generation (the Pricing page shows which): several images from the same prompt in a single request. Adjust the batch count before clicking Generate. The credit cost multiplies by the number of images, and the total is shown on the Generate button before you confirm.

Question 18

How does On-brand work in AI Studio?

Accepted Answer

On-brand is off until you switch it on. With it on, Nour adds your brand's visual style (colors in plain words, mood, lighting) after your prompt for images and videos, attaches a product photo when your prompt names a saved product, attaches your logo when you ask for it, and tells the model to add no text or logos you did not ask for. The line under the prompt shows exactly what will be added for the prompt you typed. Music gets your brand's mood only; voice gets nothing, the text is spoken as

Question 19

How do I generate a video?

Accepted Answer

Switch to the Video tab in AI Studio. Enter a prompt and select a video model. For some models, you can set start and end frames from existing images. Video generation takes longer than images (typically 30 seconds to 3 minutes) and costs more credits.

Question 20

What aspect ratios are supported?

Accepted Answer

The aspect ratio dropdown offers common sizes: Square (1:1), Portrait (4:5), Story (9:16), Landscape (16:9), and more. Available ratios may vary by model — some models only support specific aspect ratios.

Question 21

What is Caption Studio?

Accepted Answer

Caption Studio lets you add styled captions to your videos. Upload a video, and our AI automatically transcribes the speech into word-level captions. Then customize the style, export as subtitles (SRT/VTT/ASS), or bake the captions directly into the video.

Question 22

How do I add captions to a video?

Accepted Answer

Create a new caption project from the Caption Studio home view. Upload your video in the Upload Modal. The audio is automatically transcribed by AI. Once complete, you'll see the captions in the Transcript Panel alongside the video player and waveform timeline.

Question 23

Can I edit the transcript?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Click any caption in the Transcript Panel to edit the text. You can also split a caption into two segments or merge adjacent captions. The waveform timeline shows word-level blocks that you can adjust for precise timing.

Question 24

What caption styles are available?

Accepted Answer

The style panel has three tabs:

• Presets: Ready-made style presets for quick styling
• Style: Customize font, color, size, background, and position
• Motion: Choose from a variety of caption animations (Pop, Karaoke, Typewriter, Cinematic, and more)

Question 25

What export formats are supported?

Accepted Answer

Caption Studio supports 4 export formats:

• SRT: Universal subtitle format, works with most video players
• VTT: Web-compatible subtitle format (HTML5 video)
• ASS: Advanced SubStation Alpha with styling preserved
• Video: Bake captions directly into the video (keeps all your style and animation choices)

Question 26

How do caption projects work?

Accepted Answer

The Caption Studio home view shows all your projects in a grid. Click one to open the editor. You can have multiple projects open as tabs at the top. Projects are saved automatically. Use the home button to return to the project grid.

Question 27

How much does transcription cost?

Accepted Answer

Transcription is billed per second of video, rounded up to a tier so the price is predictable:

• 0–15s → 15s tier
• 16–30s → 30s tier
• 31–45s → 45s tier
• 46–60s → 60s tier
• 61–90s → 90s tier
• Past 60s → rounded up to the next 30 seconds (90, 120, 150, …)

You see the exact amount for your video in the Upload Modal before you confirm.

Question 28

When are credits deducted and can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Credits are pre-deducted the moment you click "Start Transcription," based on the duration the file probe reported. After transcription returns the real duration we reconcile — if the tier went down, we refund the difference; if it went up, we charge the small delta. If transcription fails for any reason (provider error, content safety block, upload issue) the full pre-deduction is refunded automatically.

Question 29

How much does exporting the video cost?

Accepted Answer

Video export is billed per second of video at the same tier ladder as transcription, priced separately for HD (720p) and Full HD (1080p) — Full HD costs more.

The exact cost for your video appears on each quality button in the Export Modal before you confirm. Credits are pre-deducted when you start the render and refunded automatically if the render fails.

Question 30

What if I don't have enough credits?

Accepted Answer

We check your balance before any work happens. If you don't have enough credits for the required tier, you'll see a "Not enough credits" message on the upload zone (with a Top-up link) and the upload itself is blocked — so you're never charged for something that can't finish. For exports, the same check runs before FFmpeg starts.

Question 31

What is the Casting Room?

Accepted Answer

The Casting Room is where you build your AI talent — consistent characters that you can use across the studios. Create a talent once, and they'll keep a highly consistent face across your scenes, formats and campaigns — we aim for 85–90%, and results vary by model and scene.

Question 32

How do I create talent?

Accepted Answer

Go to the Casting Room from the sidebar. Click "Create Talent" and upload reference images or generate a new face. The AI builds an identity sheet that keeps the face highly consistent across your scenes — we aim for 85–90%, and results vary by model and scene.

Question 33

What is an identity sheet?

Accepted Answer

An identity sheet is the profile of your AI talent — it includes reference images and facial features that the AI uses to maintain consistency. Think of it as a casting card that travels with the talent across every module.

Question 34

Can I use talent in other modules?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Once created, your talent is available everywhere:

• AI Studio: Cast talent directly from the prompt bar
• Director Room: Talent appears in your brief for video ad generation

No downloading or re-uploading needed — they're always available.

Question 35

Can I favorite talent?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Click the star icon on any talent card to favorite them. Favorites appear first when casting in AI Studio and Director Room, making it quick to find your most-used talent.

Question 36

Can I share my talent publicly?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Toggle the visibility to "Public" on any talent card. Your talent will be submitted for review — once approved, it appears in the Community Gallery for other users to discover and cast. You can switch it back to private at any time.

Question 37

What is the Community Gallery?

Accepted Answer

The Community Gallery is where you can browse talent shared by other creators. Filter by gender, age, and style, sort by popularity or newest, and click "Use This Talent" to cast them in your workspace. No need to build every character from scratch.

Question 38

What happens during moderation?

Accepted Answer

When you make talent public, it enters a review queue. An admin checks it before it goes live in the Community Gallery. If it's rejected, you'll see the reason and can make changes and resubmit.

Question 39

What is VFX Studio?

Accepted Answer

VFX Studio turns a photo or a clip into a finished effect in one tap. Pick one of 50 camera moves, such as orbit, dolly, crane or drone, for a photo or a short video. Copy a trend with your photo or your AI talent, or turn a single take into a multi-shot edit with Multicam. You can also change a clip you already have: put yourself in it, move it somewhere new, or give it new words with lip sync.

Question 40

How do camera moves work?

Accepted Answer

Pick one of 50 camera moves, such as orbit, dolly, crane, drone or whip pan, drop in a photo, a library image or a short video, add an optional note, and Nour generates the clip. It lands in Your clips and in your gallery like any other generation.

Question 41

What are Trends and Multicam?

Accepted Answer

Both live in VFX Studio.

• Trends are ready-made shots: pick one, add a photo of yourself, a photo of someone who gave you written permission (tick the consent box first) or your Casting Room talent, type your line where the trend asks for one, and Nour makes the clip. Talent gives the most reliable face. The finished clip is marked AI-generated: label it that way when you post it.
• Multicam turns a single take (up to 90 seconds) into a multi-shot edit with your original sound. Pick a look: Or

Question 42

What are Remake, Relocate and Lip sync?

Accepted Answer

They change a clip you already have.

• Remake puts you into the clip: same shot, same camera, same timing.
• Relocate keeps the performance and moves it somewhere new, optionally in a new outfit.
• Lip sync gives the clip new words. Upload audio, pick a voice or music from your gallery, or type the line, and the lips follow.

Use clips you own or have permission to change. The price is shown before you start, and failed runs are refunded automatically.

Question 43

How much does an effect cost?

Accepted Answer

Each card shows its credit cost for your plan, and the exact amount is on the button before you confirm. Lip sync with a typed line is billed on the length of the speech, so the button shows the most it can cost. If a generation fails on the provider side, the credits are refunded automatically.

Question 44

What is Director Room?

Accepted Answer

Director Room is an AI video ad generator that works from a brief, in four steps:

1. Brief: talk through what you want to make with Nour.
2. Storyboard: Nour writes one film and sketches it, one panel per shot with its words. Edit any of it, or ask for another idea.
3. Shoot: Nour films it, take by take.
4. Cut: your film on a timeline, with voice and music. Change the timing and the text on screen, then download.

One button per step, with the price on the button before anything is spent. Star

Question 45

How do I start from a brief?

Accepted Answer

Open New production and tell Nour about your ad: the product, the audience, the message. Choose your talent if you have them in mind, or let Nour write the roles and cast them later. Nour asks about anything missing, like the platform and length, and takes it from there.

Question 46

How does the production flow work?

Accepted Answer

Four steps, shown at the top of the room:

1. Brief: you and Nour agree what the film is.
2. Storyboard: Nour writes one film from your brief and branding and sketches it on a timeline, one panel per shot with its words. Edit a line, a picture or the timing, use your own image (free), or ask for another idea.
3. Shoot: Nour films each take from the storyboard. Not happy with one? Reshoot that take; the rest stay as they are.
4. Cut: the film on a timeline with voice, music and sound. Change the

Question 47

How does From my footage work?

Accepted Answer

Add up to ten videos from your device or your library. Nour reads all of them as one body of material, then:

1. Sources: your videos, the number of clips you want and their length. If you already have a script, choose "I have a script" and Nour matches every line to the best take.
2. Stories: Nour proposes stories built from parts of your videos, hook first. Keep the ones you want and nudge any part.
3. Clips: every story is cut into a clip in the shape you pick. Redo any single clip.
4. Done:

Question 48

Can I use my talent from the Casting Room?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your talent is automatically available in Director Room. When your brief mentions a spokesperson or character, Nour can cast from your talent roster. Face consistency carries across the scenes in your production.

Question 49

How are credits calculated?

Accepted Answer

It depends on which models each step uses (image, video, voice, music) and how long the film is. Every step shows its credit cost on its button before anything is spent: writing the storyboard, shooting the film, redrawing a picture, reshooting a take. Using your own image for a panel is free, and so is rendering a new version of the cut.

Question 50

What is Branding?

Accepted Answer

Branding is your workspace's brand kit: name, logo, colors, look, products and voice. It isn't a separate studio: it's the thread that connects the five. Set it once; AI Studio applies it when On-brand is on, and Director Room and the campaigns you run from Claude plan from Nour's brief. The Nour's brief tab shows the short brief Nour will use and lets you edit each line.

Question 51

What brand information can I set?

Accepted Answer

Four tabs:

• Brand: name, logo, colors, what your brand does, mood words and style notes
• Products: name, description and photo (mention a product in a prompt and its photo comes along)
• Voice: writing tone, speaking voice and content languages
• Nour's brief: the short brief Nour writes from all of this, editable line by line

That brief is what AI Studio adds when On-brand is on and what Director Room plans from.

Question 52

How do credits work?

Accepted Answer

Credits are the currency for AI generations. Each generation consumes credits based on the model, output type (image/video/voice/music), resolution, and other parameters. The estimated credit cost is always shown on the Generate button before you confirm.

You have 4 types of credits:
• Plan Credits: Monthly allocation from your subscription
• Rollover Credits: unused plan credits carried over to the next billing cycle on every paid plan, up to one month's allowance, for one month
• Top-up credi

Question 53

What plans are available?

Accepted Answer

MeetNour has a Free plan and paid plans: plans for individual creators, and plans for teams with several seats. The Pricing page lists every plan with its price, credits and limits.

Every model is available on every plan, Free included. Every plan, Free included, gets daily credits: the balance is topped up to a set amount whenever it runs low, once every 24 hours. Plans differ in credits, seats and features such as credit rollover. Visit the Pricing page for full details on each plan.

Question 54

Can I buy more credits?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Paid plans can purchase credit top-up packs in Settings → Billing & Credits, where the current pack sizes and prices are listed.

Top-up credits don't expire while your account is active.

Question 55

What happens if a generation fails?

Accepted Answer

If a generation fails due to a provider error (server issue, timeout) or is blocked by the AI provider's content safety system, the credits for that generation are refunded automatically and your balance updates right away. Credits are not refunded for user error, such as network issues on your end.

Question 56

How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings > Billing & Credits > Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upon downgrade, purchased (top-up) credits are preserved; plan credits exceeding the new plan's allocation will be available until used or expired.

Question 57

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings > Billing & Credits and click "Cancel plan." Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, with full access to its features and remaining credits, and then does not renew. There are no cancellation fees.

You can also cancel from your Link account at link.com, where you can see your MeetNour orders.

Question 58

What payment methods are accepted?

Accepted Answer

Payments are processed by Stripe. You can pay by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link, and some local payment methods are offered depending on your country. MeetNour never sees or stores your card details.

Question 59

Why does my card statement say LINK.COM* MEETNOUR?

Accepted Answer

Your MeetNour purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service. Every plan payment and credit pack appears on your card or bank statement as LINK.COM* MEETNOUR, and Link emails you the receipt. If you don't recognise a charge, email billing@meetnour.com.

Question 60

How do I change my password?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings > Account > Security. Click "Change Password." If you signed up with Google SSO, you manage your password through your Google account.

Question 61

How do I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings > Account and click "Delete Account." This erases your account, workspaces, generated content, uploads, talent, cloned voices and credit history right away. It does not go through the Recycle Bin and cannot be undone. Talent you made public that other users added to their workspaces stays with them, no longer linked to you. Payment and invoice records are held by Stripe (Link) under its own privacy policy, for as long as tax and accounting law requires. See our Privacy Policy for

Question 62

What happens when I delete a workspace?

Accepted Answer

When you delete a workspace, it moves to the Recycle Bin (Settings > Recycle Bin) for 7 days. During that time, you can restore it with all its content intact. After 7 days, the workspace and everything inside it — images, videos, caption projects, productions, brand assets, and uploaded media — is permanently erased from our servers. This cannot be undone.

Question 63

Where is the Recycle Bin?

Accepted Answer

Go to Settings > Recycle Bin. You'll see all deleted items with a countdown showing how much time is left before permanent deletion. Each item has a restore button to bring it back and a delete button to remove it immediately.

Question 64

Can I recover something after 7 days?

Accepted Answer

No. After 7 days, deleted items are permanently erased from our database and file storage. There is no way to recover them. If you're unsure, restore the item from the Recycle Bin before the 7-day window expires.
