Terms of Service
Last updated: October 18, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the MeetNour platform, operated by MeetNour LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, at meetnour.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and GDPR Policy (collectively, the "Agreement"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for it, and "you" includes that organization.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When a change is material, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email or by a notice in the Service before it takes effect, and we will ask you to agree again where the law requires it. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the change takes effect. Changes to Section 14 (Dispute Resolution) apply only to disputes that arise after the change takes effect.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MeetNour. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to use or register for the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and that you are not barred from using the Service under the laws of your country of residence.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- Each account is personal to you and may not be shared, transferred, or sold.
- Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms.
4. Description of Service
MeetNour is a set of AI tools for creating images, video, voice, music, and captions. The Service currently includes:
- AI Studio: Image, video, voice, and music generation using third-party AI models
- Casting Room: Creation and management of AI talent (consistent AI-generated characters)
- VFX Studio: Short video clips made from a photo or video and a preset camera move or scene, and changes to a clip you provide (putting a person into it, changing its setting, or replacing its spoken audio with audio you provide or a synthetic voice)
- Director Room: Turning a written brief into a script, shots, and a finished video
- Caption Studio: Video captioning with speech-to-text transcription and styling
- Branding: Workspace-level brand identity, voice, and assets used to guide generations
Features shown on our website or in the app as "coming soon" are not part of the Service until we release them, and we do not promise that they will be released.
Content generation is powered by third-party AI providers. We act as an intermediary, routing your requests to the appropriate provider based on your model selection or our auto-select system. We do not control the AI models themselves and cannot guarantee specific outputs.
4.1 Service Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Adding, replacing, upgrading, or removing AI models, providers, or generation capabilities
- Adding, modifying, or removing features, modules, tools, or integrations
- Changing usage limits, rate limits, storage quotas, or other restrictions
- Modifying the user interface, workflows, or available output formats
We may make such changes without prior notice. Where practicable, we will make reasonable efforts to inform you of changes that materially reduce core functionality, but failure to provide such notice shall not affect the validity of the change. You acknowledge that the Service is evolving and that features available today may not be available in the future.
4.2 Service Discontinuation
We may discontinue the Service in its entirety, temporarily or permanently, at any time, for any reason or no reason, at our sole discretion. In the event of permanent discontinuation, we will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and a reasonable period for you to download your content. However, we are under no obligation to maintain the Service, provide notice, or offer a data export period. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service. Upon discontinuation due to reasons other than your breach, we may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits for prepaid unused subscription fees, but we are not obligated to do so except where required by applicable law.
4.3 AI Content Labeling
We may embed metadata, watermarks, or labels in AI-generated Outputs to indicate their AI-generated nature, as required by applicable law (including the EU AI Act). You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any such metadata or labeling. Where applicable law requires you to disclose that content is AI-generated (e.g., in political advertising, regulatory filings, or on platforms with AI disclosure policies), you are solely responsible for making such disclosures.
4.4 Fair Use & Rate Limits
We impose rate limits and usage quotas to ensure fair access and protect service stability. These limits may vary by plan tier and may be adjusted at any time without notice. Exceeding rate limits may result in temporary throttling, queuing of requests, or temporary suspension of generation capabilities. Systematic attempts to circumvent rate limits (including through multiple accounts, API manipulation, or automated tools) constitute a violation of these Terms.
4.5 API & Third-Party Assistant Access
MeetNour offers programmatic access to the Service through API keys and through third-party AI assistants (such as Claude or ChatGPT) that connect to your account via our connector (MCP) interface. The following terms apply to all programmatic access:
- Actions performed through an API key or a connected assistant are treated as actions performed by you. You are responsible for all usage, credit consumption, and content generated through your keys and connected assistants, including instructions an assistant issues on your behalf.
- API keys and OAuth tokens are credentials. Keep them confidential; do not share, sell, or embed them in publicly accessible code. You can revoke keys and connected assistants at any time from your account settings, and you must revoke them promptly if you suspect compromise.
- Generations requested through programmatic access consume credits at the same rates as in-app usage and are subject to the same plan limits, rate limits, and Acceptable Use Policy (Section 7). Automated or scripted usage designed to circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or credit accounting is prohibited.
- Third-party assistants are operated by independent companies under their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for how an assistant interprets your instructions, what data you share with it, or content it generates outside our Service.
- We may modify, throttle, suspend, or discontinue programmatic access (in whole or for specific keys, tokens, or integrations) at any time to protect service stability, prevent abuse, or comply with legal obligations.
5. Credits, Billing & Subscriptions
5.1 Credits
- Generating content uses credits. The cost depends on the AI model, the type of output, its length or resolution, and other settings.
- The credit cost is shown before you confirm a generation. When you let Nour pick the model, the cost depends on the model chosen and is charged once it is known.
- Using talent in a generation may add a talent-use fee, shown before you confirm.
- Credits have no cash value. They cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for money, or refunded, except as these Terms or the law provide.
- Plan credits are added at the start of each billing cycle. Whether unused plan credits carry over, and for how long, is described for each plan on the pricing page at the time you subscribe.
- The free plan includes a small daily credit allowance, shown on the pricing page. It does not build up from day to day.
- Top-up credits do not expire while your account remains active. They can be used only while you have an active paid subscription; if your subscription ends, they become usable again when you resubscribe.
- Promotional or bonus credits may expire sooner, as stated when they are issued.
- We may change the credit cost of any model or feature. The cost shown when you confirm a generation is the cost that applies to it.
5.2 Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
- Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, as you choose at checkout.
- Prices on our website are in US dollars and do not include tax. Any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies is calculated from your location and added at checkout, before you pay (Section 5.5).
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, at the price then in effect, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.
- You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing & Credits. Cancelling stops future renewals. You keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for, and your account then moves to the free plan. You can also manage or cancel a subscription from your Link account at link.com (Section 5.5).
- Upgrades take effect immediately, and your plan credits are set to the new plan's allowance. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- If we change the price of your plan, we will tell you before your next renewal. The new price applies from that renewal. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal date.
5.3 Refunds
- Payments are non-refundable, except as stated in these Terms or where the law requires a refund.
- If a generation fails because of an error on our side or the AI provider's side, or is blocked by an AI provider's safety system, the credits for that generation are returned to your account automatically.
- Credits used for generations that completed are not returned, including when you are not satisfied with the result. AI output varies, and the same request can produce different results.
- When your account is deleted or terminated, unused credits are forfeited, except as stated in Section 13.2.
- To ask for a refund, or for any billing question, contact [email protected]. You can also ask Link support (support.link.com) about a payment. Stripe may issue a refund within 60 days of the payment in some cases.
- A refund includes the tax you paid on the refunded amount.
5.4 Right of Withdrawal (EEA, UK, Switzerland)
If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. By using credits from a purchase during those 14 days, you ask us to start providing the service immediately. At checkout, before you pay, you expressly ask us to start immediately and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal for the credits you use; we keep a record of that confirmation in your account and send it to you by email. If you then withdraw, we refund the purchase less the value of the credits you already used. To withdraw, email [email protected].
5.5 Payment, Taxes, and Disputes
Payments are processed by Stripe through its Managed Payments service. Your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe's checkout service, which acts as the merchant of record: at checkout you buy the subscription or credit pack from Link, and Link takes your payment. The payment terms shown at checkout apply to the payment. We do not receive or store your card details. We may change payment provider.
- Taxes: prices on our website do not include tax. Any sales tax, VAT or GST that applies is calculated from your location and added to the price at checkout, before you pay. Checkout may show the price in your local currency.
- Receipts and invoices: receipts, invoices and refund notices are emailed to you by Link.
- Your statement: the charge appears on your card or bank statement as LINK.COM* MEETNOUR.
- Managing your purchase: in your Link account at link.com you can view your orders, cancel or update a subscription, and update your payment method and billing address. Payment and subscription questions can go to Link support or to us.
Stripe handles fraud checks, chargebacks and payment disputes. If a payment is refunded, we may remove the credits that payment bought. If a payment is reversed or charged back, we may also suspend the account. If you think a charge is wrong, please contact us first so we can fix it.
5.6 Teams
The owner of an organization is responsible for its subscription, its members, and what they do in the Service. Content created in an organization's workspaces belongs to the organization's account: it stays with the organization when a member leaves, is removed, or deletes their own account.
6. Content Ownership & Licensing
6.1 Your Content (Inputs)
You retain all rights to content you upload to MeetNour, including images, videos, audio, brand assets, text, and prompts ("Your Content"). By uploading content, you grant MeetNour a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to process, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service. This license terminates when you delete Your Content or your account.
6.2 AI-Generated Content (Outputs)
As between you and MeetNour, and to the extent permitted by applicable law and by the terms of the AI provider whose model produced it, you own the outputs you generate through MeetNour ("Outputs"), and MeetNour assigns to you any rights it may hold in them. You may use, modify, reproduce, and commercially exploit your Outputs for any lawful purpose, subject to Section 6.3 and to the following:
- AI-generated content is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that Outputs will be unique, original, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular purpose.
- You are solely responsible for reviewing Outputs before use and ensuring they do not infringe third-party intellectual property rights.
- Other users may generate similar or identical Outputs from similar prompts. We do not guarantee exclusivity.
- In many countries, content created by AI without enough human authorship is not protected by copyright. We make no promise that copyright or any other intellectual property right exists in an Output, or that you can register or enforce one.
- Some AI models are offered by their providers with additional usage restrictions. Where a restriction applies to a model, it applies to the Outputs of that model.
- You should disclose the AI-generated nature of content where required by applicable law or platform policies (e.g., EU AI Act transparency requirements).
6.3 Free Tier Content Rights
If you are using the Service on a free plan (including promotional plans):
- Non-commercial use only: You may use Outputs generated on the free tier for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Commercial use of Outputs — including use in advertising, client work, products for sale, or any revenue-generating activity — requires an active paid subscription.
- Content showcase license: By using the free tier, you grant MeetNour a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display and reproduce your Outputs in our website gallery, social media channels, blog, and marketing materials. This license covers Outputs only. It never covers the photos, videos, or audio you upload, and we will not showcase an Output that depicts a real person from your uploads. You may withdraw this license for any Output at any time by emailing [email protected]; we will stop new uses and remove it from places we control within a reasonable time.
- Retention of prior rights: If you generated Outputs while on a paid subscription, you retain commercial rights to those Outputs even after downgrading to a free tier. New Outputs generated on the free tier are subject to the restrictions above.
Paid subscribers retain full ownership and commercial rights to their Outputs. Paid subscribers may optionally opt in to having their content featured in our public gallery or marketing materials through their account settings. Paid content is private by default and will not be used for marketing without your explicit consent.
6.4 Content Removal & No Storage Obligation
We may review, refuse, or remove content from our servers where we reasonably believe it violates these Terms or the law, where we receive a credible complaint or legal demand about it, or where removal is needed to protect the Service, its users, or third parties. Where the law requires it, we will tell you about the removal and the reason.
MeetNour is a creation tool, not a backup or archive service. Download and keep your own copies of any content you want to preserve. Deleted items stay in your Recycle Bin for 7 days and are then permanently erased, except public talent that other users added, which stays with them as described in section 7. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss, corruption, or unavailability of content stored in the Service.
6.5 MeetNour's Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, features, code, documentation, brand assets (including the "Nour" name and logo), and all underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to MeetNour and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to use MeetNour's trademarks, brand elements, or proprietary technology outside of normal Service usage.
6.6 Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions about the Service, you allow us to use them without restriction and without payment to you.
7. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, store, or distribute content that:
7.1 Prohibited Content
- Depicts, promotes, or facilitates child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to authorities
- Contains non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of real people
- Constitutes deepfakes or deceptive manipulations of real people without their consent
- Promotes terrorism, extreme violence, or incites hatred based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of third parties
- Provides instructions for weapons, explosives, or dangerous goods manufacturing
- Promotes illegal drug manufacturing or distribution
- Promotes or instructs self-harm or suicide
- Constitutes election misinformation or political manipulation
- Uses another person's voice, likeness, or biometric data without their consent (including voice cloning via text-to-speech)
- Creates synthetic identities for fraudulent purposes
- Contains malware, phishing attempts, or deceptive content designed to defraud
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law
7.2 Real People, Talent & Voices
- You may upload or recreate the face, body, or voice of a real person only if that person has given you permission, or you are that person. For anyone under 18, you need the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
- You may not create content that shows a real person — including a public figure or celebrity — saying or doing something they did not say or do in a way that could mislead people, harm their reputation, or suggest they endorse a product, service, or cause.
- You may not create sexual or sexualized content of any real person, or any sexual content involving a person who is or appears to be under 18.
- You may not imitate a real news outlet, brand, government body, or official source in a way that could mislead people about who made the content.
- Voice cloning, where available, may be used only with your own voice or with a voice whose owner has given you written permission. We may ask you for proof of permission.
- If you make talent public in the community gallery, you confirm that you have every right needed to share it on these terms, including the permission of the person shown. You allow other MeetNour users to add that talent to their workspaces and use it in their own generations. You can make it private again at any time, and nobody new can add it after that. Users who already added it may keep using it in their workspaces, also after you make it private, delete it, or delete your account. We erase it once the last of them removes it. Content others already generated is not affected.
- If you believe your likeness or voice has been used without your permission, email [email protected]. We review these reports and remove content that violates these Terms.
7.3 Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to bypass AI safety filters, content restrictions, or rate limits
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service, except through our API keys or connector as described in Section 4.5
- Scraping, crawling, or mass-extracting content or data from the Service
- Reselling, sublicensing, or redistributing MeetNour services without authorization
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Interfering with the operation, security, or integrity of the Service
- Using the Service to generate spam or bulk unsolicited communications
- Generating content that misrepresents AI-generated material as human-created in contexts where disclosure is legally required (e.g., political advertising, regulatory filings, academic submissions)
- Using AI-generated voices or likenesses to create fake endorsements, testimonials, or reviews
7.4 Enforcement
We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to monitor, review, and take action on content generated or uploaded through the Service. Actions we may take include, without limitation: issuing warnings, removing content, restricting access to features, suspending or permanently terminating your account, forfeiting all remaining credits, and reporting illegal content to law enforcement authorities. We may take any such action at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice, and without liability to you. We are not required to provide an opportunity to cure or appeal before taking action, although we may choose to do so in our discretion.
7.5 Appeals
If your content is removed or your account is restricted due to a suspected policy violation (not a DMCA takedown, which is governed by Section 9), you may submit an appeal to [email protected] within 14 days of the enforcement action. Your appeal must include: (a) your account email, (b) a description of the action taken, and (c) your explanation of why you believe the action was in error. We will review appeals in good faith and respond within 30 days. Appeal decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reinstatement, and we reserve the right to maintain any enforcement action during the review period. This appeals process does not apply to terminations for CSAM, which are permanent and not subject to appeal.
8. Third-Party AI Providers
MeetNour creates content by sending your requests to third-party AI providers. The providers we use, and the data each one receives, are listed in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service:
- You agree that your prompts and uploads are sent to the provider of the model that runs your request, which may be in another country.
- Each provider has its own terms and acceptable-use rules. They apply to content made with its models, and a provider may refuse a request.
- MeetNour does not use your content, prompts, or outputs to train AI models.
- Providers handle the data they receive under their own terms and privacy policies. Many state that they do not train on data sent through their developer services, but we cannot verify or guarantee what any provider does.
- We may add, replace, or remove providers and models at any time. We are not responsible for the availability or quality of a provider's service.
9. Copyright Infringement & DMCA
9.1 Takedown Notices
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content on MeetNour infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown notice to our designated agent:
DMCA Designated Agent
Ghaith Akkad
MeetNour LLC
8 The Green, Suite B, Dover, DE 19901, United States
Email: [email protected]
Registration Number: DMCA-1071108. Our designated agent is registered with the U.S. Copyright Office as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2).
Your notice must include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the infringing material and its location on our Service
- Your contact information (name, address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- Your physical or electronic signature
We remove or disable access to content identified in a valid notice, and we terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
9.2 Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was wrongly removed, you may submit a counter-notification to [email protected] including:
- Identification of the removed content and its former location
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification
- Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for your address (or, if you are outside the United States, any district in which MeetNour may be found) and will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice
- Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If the complainant does not tell us that they have filed a court action within 10 business days, we will restore the removed content within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter-notification.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
Without limiting the foregoing:
- We do not warrant that AI-generated content will be unique, exclusive, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for your purposes. Other users may receive similar or identical outputs from similar inputs.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation of the Service. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, provider outages, security incidents, or other causes.
- We do not warrant the availability or continued operation of any third-party AI provider, model, or feature.
- AI models may produce unexpected, inaccurate, offensive, or biased outputs. You are solely responsible for reviewing all outputs before use, publication, or distribution.
- We do not guarantee the security of your data. While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, data breaches, or data loss will not occur.
- We do not warrant the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information provided through the Service, including AI-generated captions, hashtags, campaign suggestions, or content recommendations.
- You use the Service entirely at your own risk. You assume all risk associated with your use of the Service, including any reliance on AI-generated outputs.
- AI Hallucinations: AI models may generate content that appears factual but is fabricated or inaccurate. Text generated through AI features — including captions, hashtags, campaign copy, scripts, and brand voice suggestions — should be independently verified before publication. We are not liable for any consequences arising from publishing AI-generated text without verification.
11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MEETNOUR AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: (A) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION, THEFT, OR DESTRUCTION OF YOUR CONTENT OR DATA; (B) ANY ACTIONS OR OMISSIONS OF THIRD-PARTY AI PROVIDERS, PAYMENT PROCESSORS, OR OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS; (C) ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE RESULTING FROM AI-GENERATED OUTPUTS, INCLUDING INFRINGING, INACCURATE, OFFENSIVE, OR OTHERWISE OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT; (D) ANY INTERRUPTION, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION OF THE SERVICE; (E) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, OR OTHER HARMFUL CODE THAT MAY BE TRANSMITTED THROUGH THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO MEETNOUR IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM AND (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence, (b) fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
12. Indemnification
12.1 By You
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MeetNour from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service or any content you generate, upload, or distribute through the Service
- Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law
- Your infringement of any third-party rights
- Any claim by a third party related to content you created or published using the Service
13. Termination
13.1 By You
You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time in Settings. Cancelling a subscription keeps your plan until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your account is immediate and permanent: it ends any subscription without a refund, erases your content (except public talent that other users added, see section 7), and forfeits unused credits. If you are a member of someone else's organization, deleting your account removes only your account.
13.2 By MeetNour
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account and access to the Service. We may act immediately and without prior notice if:
- You breach or we reasonably suspect you have breached any provision of these Terms
- Continued service would violate applicable law or a binding legal order
- Your usage poses a security risk or potential harm to us, other users, or third parties
- Your account has been inactive for an extended period
- We receive a credible complaint or legal claim related to your use of the Service
- We discontinue the Service or any part thereof
We may also end your access for any other reason with at least 30 days' notice. If we end a paid subscription for a reason other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund the fees you prepaid for the unused part of the current billing period. To the extent permitted by law, that refund is your only remedy for a termination.
13.3 Account Inactivity
Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months (no login, no generation, no API call) may be considered abandoned. We may send a reactivation notice to your registered email address. If the account remains inactive for 30 days after such notice, we may delete the account and all associated data, including generated content, uploaded media, and workspace data. Purchased credits on abandoned accounts are forfeited.
13.4 Effect of Termination
- Access to the Service is immediately revoked.
- All unused credits (purchased, promotional, and plan-allocated) are forfeited without refund, except as stated in Section 13.2 or where the law requires otherwise.
- Any pending or in-progress generations are cancelled without refund.
- We may, but are not obligated to, provide a period for you to download your content. If we choose to provide such a period, it will be at our discretion as to duration.
- After any export period (or immediately, if no export period is offered), your data (workspaces, media, generations) may be permanently deleted at our discretion, except where retention is legally required (e.g., payment records retained per financial regulations).
- We are not liable for any loss of data, content, or credits resulting from termination.
- Sections 5.5, 6, 7.2, 10, 11, 12, 14, and 15 survive termination.
14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14.2 Informal Resolution
Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at [email protected] and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
14.3 Binding Arbitration
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA"). If you use the Service as an individual consumer, the AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules apply and the AAA's consumer fee schedule limits what you pay; otherwise the AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules apply. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a single arbitrator, by video or phone unless either party asks for an in-person hearing, in which case it takes place in the county where you live or another place we both agree on. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this Section 14.3.
BY AGREEING TO ARBITRATION, YOU AND MEETNOUR EACH GIVE UP THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY.
14.4 Class Action Waiver
YOU AND MEETNOUR AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION AGAINST MEETNOUR.
14.5 Opt-Out
You may opt out of the arbitration and class action waiver provisions in Sections 14.3 and 14.4 by sending written notice to [email protected] within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms. Your notice must include your name, email address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out. If you opt out, disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
14.6 Exceptions
Notwithstanding the above:
- Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.
- Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies.
- This arbitration clause does not apply to claims of sexual assault or sexual harassment, per federal law.
14.7 Consumer Protection
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under mandatory consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction of residence, including your right to bring claims in your local courts where such rights cannot be waived. If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Sections 14.3 and 14.4 do not apply to you, and you also benefit from the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
14.8 Time Limit for Claims
